The Incase Europe Webshop warrants any product purchased through incase.eu against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"), according to German law. Also the Incase Europe Webshop warrants products purchased through authorized resellers in Europe, if the original seller will not warrant the product for a period of two year. Wei will replace the Product with a functionally equivalent product.
Exclusions and Limitations
Incase's limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Incase product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear, dirt, stains and finish damage excepted, in accordance with written use instructions. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Incase's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.

Fill out the claim form as completely as possible. Please include your receipt or order number.
2. You will receive an email confirmation
A confirmation will be emailed to the email address included in your claim form.
3. We will respond to your claim request within 72 business hours
